The property is beautiful and modern, and for what I needed at the location was perfect easy access to the freeway, and to the airport. You will be shocked at how you are treated by the hotel staff you’ll think you’re at a Four Seasons. They could not have been more accommodating or friendly or efficient, and while you’re checking in one of the staff members asked, if you’d like something to drink, they’ll even bring you a glass of wine if you’d like. I’ve stayed at this hotel, several times, and have referred it to all my friends, it is always a pleasure and an incredible bargain to stay there. Thank you to the staff they actually make it even so much better.

First the great; for a moderate price, you’re treated like you’re in a five star hotel. The staff Domun hires excel in the area of hospitality. They greet you like a friend when you arrive, offering a beverage the minute you get there. They get your name and refer to you as if they are truly grateful you’re there. I know, sounds pretty basic but I moved from the US where the feeling you get most of the time by employees is “next”, as they set their cell phones down after pretending not to notice you for a couple of minutes. This hotel is very clean, inside and out. The rooms aren’t spacious but are totally adequate and are laid out like typical hotel rooms. And they’re clean. It’s not my first time staying here and it won’t be my last. I use it as a way to get closer to the airport when I’m flying out. The restaurant is spacious and again clean. The staff is professional and proficient and the food is above average for a buffet. I also visited the bar restaurant and had a real dinner, which was pretty good. Everyone liked their choices. The bar was well stocked but the mixologist working that night was probably new as he wasn’t familiar with some pretty basic drinks.

The staff at the front desk was satisfactory although I did feel some distance apparently due to my being a foreigner. However, one staff member, Fatima, was extraordinarily kind and professional.

It’s a super clean modern hotel. It has a great bar and restaurant. I travelled with 6 other people - we all thought the hotel was excellent. The staff couldn’t have been better. A+.

I was especially pleased by the friendliness of the checkin personnel, Fatima, in particular. She was professional and friendly and started off our stay in the best way.

I really appreciated the friendliness of staff and their attention to details of service. They even asked if they could bring items from the breakfast buffet. On my first day the head chef personally prepared the special enchilada dish of that region

Everything was perfect as usual I have never done this , but this time I have to thank Fatima, she is an amazing person, very helpful, very likable, she is a great part of our great experience .
